Relocation

Planning: Provide an associate’s list with seat assignments, layouts and packing guidelines for staff to populate and use. Scheduling of move events based on all other activities. Engage and coordinate move events with movers, including moving supplies. Partnering with end users for staff tours, orientation, and open house events.

Move: Onsite supervision, providing direction to the movers.

Settling In/Go Live: Onsite for leadership and staff to address questions or concerns. Provide Command Post support for Go Live.
