Project Management

Provide administrative and project management support from beginning to end of each phase for medical equipment and/or relocation. Address questions, ideas, coordinate efforts, and minimize leadership and staff concerns. Serve as main contact for vendors, installation teams and movers.

Services include, but not limited to…

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.

Schedules, leads and/or attends construction/leadership/planning meetings, as appropriate.

Obtain access to site, staging areas, building elevator and dock access.

Facility Readiness (determine if State and Local occupancy has been approved; establish whether all critical systems, such as IT connectivity, are in place)

Track and follow thru with customers and installers on Punchlist items.

Tour existing and new locations

Engage and coordinate install/move services. Provide onsite supervision for installers and movers.

How and when to prepare, pack, what will be done for the staff, what is the responsibility of the staff. The move-in process, contacts, schedules, command post and education sessions.

Turn Over Schedule

Used to facilitate a continuous work flow between all owner activities. Schedule is based on construction and go live schedules.

Vendor Check-In Process

Ensure all vendors are planned for, scheduled and aware of how to enter the building; following safety guidelines outlined by construction lead and building owner.
